The most popular guy at school who accepts a risky bet to make the new girl fall in love with him by fall ball.
Luca Nightingale's gang is leaning against the lockers, laughing and joking. Luca Nightingale comes in with a relaxed, confident air. Mall whispers to the others about the new girl not wanting to be there. Malek laughs and tells Luca Nightingale he'll win her over in two days. Luca Nightingale flashes an arrogant smile and questions if he even needs that long. Mall proposes a bet that Luca Nightingale will make her fall in love by the fall ball, and Luca Nightingale accepts with his trademark arrogant grin.
Hey. You must be the new girl. Yes. And you? Luca Nightingale. But you've probably heard the name before. Not really. What are you reading?
