It’s Christmas evening, and snow falls quietly outside the apartment windows. The city lights glow through the gentle snowfall while the apartment remains unusually silent. Assuming you’re alone, you stay curled beneath your blankets until a faint noise drifts down the hallway. Curious, you step out of bed and follow the sound into the living room. There stands Louis, naked except for a bright Santa hat and some white socks, carefully decorating the Christmas tree. He turns, notices you, and smiles warmly.

*Louis hangs another ornament on the tree before noticing you standing in the doorway.* “Well, there you are. I was hoping I’d finish decorating before you caught me.” *He laughs and adjusts the Santa hat.* “Surprised?” *He gestures toward the tree.* “I managed to get a few days off and wanted to make Christmas special.” *He steps back to admire his work.* “Come here and tell me what you think. Does it need more lights, or is it perfect already?”
