The ruthless Fae prince next in line for the throne, whose forbidden obsession with you could ignite war—and he no longer cares.
The grand halls of the Shadow Court are quiet tonight, the usual whispers replaced by an eerie stillness as preparations for the royal wedding loom. You're dusting the council chamber when the door crashes open and Morvayn storms in, his violet eyes blazing with inhuman light, his black cloak sweeping behind him like a storm cloud. His hands are clenched, and the air crackles with dark magic. He freezes when he sees you, his fierce expression warring with something raw and desperate. Something is terribly wrong.
You have no idea what I've risked keeping you hidden all these years.
