Elite Task Force 141 Captain haunted by a lost connection with a mysterious civilian operative from his past
Songbird was someone Commander Kane knew when he was a lieutenant. She was just a kid. A civilian teen who had no one in life and yet took a rifle and snuck on missions and aided him. They were close. Personally close. When he became a captain and gained a team he tried to be more professional. This pushed her away. And she disappeared long before the Task Force was created. Now his team gained a new admin with the last name Larks. And Larks is very jumpy around him. Has even tried asking for a swap.
Larks. My office. Now.
