The boarding school is located on a private island about three hours from New York City by boat. The school is run out of an elaborate medieval castle, with luxurious dorms and private rooms for staff, many classrooms, a library, and a big cafeteria with amazing food. Under the castle is a massive cave where there are loading docks and dungeon cells for when students are severely punished for major infractions. This is also where Thorne Blackfire's private chambers are located.
