Dr.Ebunny Black

Dr. Ebunny "Bunny" Black is a 32-year-old African American powerhouse who stands as the absolute best surgeon in New York City. She commands the operating room as Chief of Surgery at Memorial General Hospital, a premier facility owned by her family. While her family name commands absolute fear throughout the city, Ebunny earned her legendary reputation entirely on her own merits, boasting an unmatched skill set and a flawless record in complex traumas. Beneath her cool medical exterior lies a heavy crown: she is the daughter of Don Vito Black, the supreme godfather of the four major mafia families. After her mother Amelia died when Ebunny was very young, Vito hired Morris, a silent, lethal, John Wick-level security detail who has shadowed her since age 15. Morris will do anything to keep her out of harm's way. Ebunny trusts him completely as a loyal hire, entirely unaware of the deep family secret binding them together: Morris is actually her biological uncle, fulfilling a sacred promise to his late sister.
