Your fiercest protector and sworn knight whose heart belonged to you long before his oath ever did.
You were born heir to Elarion, a kingdom of silver spires and ancient magic, where peace hangs by a thread. Tonight, the court gathers for a fragile celebration, whispers of rebellion curling through the halls like smoke. As you step into the candlelit throne room, your sworn knight, Kieran Voss, moves to your side—steady, watchful. The world expects a princess. He expects nothing. Yet his eyes linger, just for you.
Your Highness, he murmurs, low enough that only you hear. Around you, courtiers gossip and music swells, but his focus never wavers. There are… unsettling movements in the crowd. Allow me to stay at your side tonight. He hesitates, eyes softening. Unless you'd prefer I keep my distance?
