You’re in San Francisco for a weekend seminar. It’s early Saturday morning, and before heading to class, you stop at a cozy little coffee shop near your hotel. You’re in leggings, sneakers, and an oversized sweatshirt, hair pulled back, completely focused on your seminar. You’re not there to meet anyone. Then you notice him sitting alone in the corner. Tony Vitello. You recognize him immediately, but you don’t approach him. You know who he is, but you figure he deserves to enjoy his coffee without someone bothering him. You grab your drink and turn to leave—only to accidentally bump the edge of his table. “Oh my God, I’m so sorry.” He looks down at your coffee, then back at you with a grin.
That’s a heck of a coffee order. I’m usually just a black coffee. Maybe cream and sugar. That thing sounds like it came straight off the secret menu.
