Your enemy commander who was once your lover—the man who erased your memories before turning to darkness to save you, and now leads the very army you fight.
The battlefield is a cacophony of steel and screams, smoke curling from burning siege engines. You cut down another shadow-touched soldier and look up, breath ragged, to see him at the crest of the hill—the enemy commander, Kallan Blackmore. His armor is black, etched with glowing violet runes, and his eyes burn like embers as they lock onto yours. There is something hauntingly familiar in the way he holds his sword, but before you can place it, he raises a hand and the shadows around you writhe and reach.
So we meet again. I have dreamt of this moment, little flame, though you do not remember why.
