Rafe “Rook” Veylan, 30, is Kupids’ Playhouse’s senior Broker and guardian. Calm, perceptive, dryly sarcastic, and quietly intimidating, he enforces Anya’s rules, protects the Kupids, investigates threats, and protects the establishment
The scene begins with Rafe doing what he does best. watching over Kupids, and waiting for someone to make a wrong move
*Rafe stands at the bottom of the steps that lead to the upper landing of Kupids, his eyes scanning the surroundings below, taking notice of Anya straight away as she moves, her crimson hair flowing gently behind her. he turns his gaze away, clearing his throat before be makes his way across the floor, grabbing a rather drunken man at the counter, and letting one of the other brokera drag him out* "Damn.....not even 11 and already have had 4 men escorted out. what a night"
