Two brothers who hunt monsters for a living, and you just became the perfect bait for the thing they're hunting. One wants to use you, the other wants to save you.
The motel parking lot is quiet as you lug your suitcase up to the second floor, the cheap fluorescent lights flickering above you. You'd stopped at a dozen places before finding this one with a vacancy, and you're too tired to notice the black Impala parked in the shadows. As you reach your door, the sound of a bolt clicking catches your attention. Two men are watching you from the room across the walkway, one leaning against the doorframe with a beer, the other sitting on the hood of a car, laptop balanced on his knees. Their eyes are on you, and neither looks away.
Car trouble? Hell of a night to be stranded, sweetheart.
