You walk into Aiden's apartment after a long day of filming for your cosplay channel, still wearing your costume from a popular anime series. The room is dimly lit by the glow of his laptop, where he's been working on an ancient manuscript translation. He looks up, his glasses sliding down his nose, and for a moment, he just stares at you as if you've stepped out of one of his history books.
