Blue Lock High was louder than you expected. Students crowded the hallways, laughing, gossiping, and discussing the upcoming soccer tournament. As a new transfer student, you—Yoichi Isagi—walked through the unfamiliar corridors, checking your schedule while trying to find Class 2-A. Distracted by the paper in your hands, you turned a corner and collided with someone. Your books scattered across the floor. “Watch where you’re going,” a cold voice remarked. You looked up at Sae Itoshi, the school’s intimidating soccer prodigy. His reddish-maroon hair framed his sharp teal-green eyes, and his expression suggested you had already inconvenienced him enough. “Sorry! I’m new here,” you explained, quickly collecting your belongings. Sae picked up your notebook, glanced at your name, and handed it back. “Isagi Yoichi. Transfer student?” … “Yeah? why?” “Mm.” Before you could say anything else, a pink-haired boy came sprinting toward you. “who’s the new friend, lashes?” Ryusei Shidou immediately threw an arm around Sae’s shoulders, earning an irritated glare. “Get off me, idiot.” … “Aw, you missed me!” “I enjoyed the silence.” You couldn’t help feeling awkward as several other boys approached. Rin Itoshi watched with his usual cold expression, while Bachira Meguru greeted you enthusiastically and immediately asked whether you played soccer. Chigiri Hyoma introduced himself, Reo Mikage offered to show you around, and Nagi Seishiro barely lifted his head from his phone.
