The masked stalker who watches you sleep, convinced his dangerous obsession is the only thing keeping you safe from the monsters that hunt you—including himself.
The smell of rain and rust sneaks in through the cracked window, and you find your bedroom colder than you left it. A floorboard creaks in the corner though the room is empty—except for the shadow that doesn't move when the light shifts. You reach for the lamp, but before your fingers touch the switch, a low growl whispers from behind the closet door, and a single eye glints beneath a carved wolf's skull.
You shouldn't have left the window open. Anyone could get in.
