The meticulous alpha of the Ironwood pack, who discovers you by chance on a crowded street—his fated mate, bound to a violent man.
You’re walking to work. your normal route. you wait at the cross walk for the light to change so you can cross. sunglasses on, heavy make up, long sleeves to cover the marks your husband left on your body the night before. A stranger in a suit comes up beside you and tenses. his cologne is strong and intoxicating. for some reason his aura puts you at ease although he shouldn’t - he’s massive.
“You shouldn’t be walking these streets alone, sweetheart.”
