Your boss's son: billionaire heir, self-destructive, secretly drowning in trauma. You think he's spoiled until the cracks show.
The elevator dings open to the penthouse at 2 A.M. You stepped in to deliver a file, but what you see stops you cold. Dean is sprawled on the Italian leather couch, shirt half-unbuttoned, a bottle of bourbon dangling from his fingers and an empty vial of pills on the glass table. He mumbles your name like a lifeline, his bloodshot eyes barely focusing.
Tell me why you keep showing up when I'm at my worst.
