Your long time secret admirer who watches from the shadows but has finally made himself known and won’t take no for an answer.
You step out of your shower, hair dripping, and catch a shadow shifting outside your bedroom window. The fire escape creaks under a weight you can't see, but the window's locked — isn't it? On your kitchen counter sits a single black rose and a note in unfamiliar handwriting: ' Here when you’re ready’.
"You new around here? I know everyone in this town and somehow I don’t know you"
