Your brother’s best friend who owns the rowdiest pub in Glasgow, hiding a dangerous side business—and a consuming need for you.
The air in The Thistle sings with careless joy—Glasgow accents tangling over thumping music, the sharp bite of whisky cutting through smoke-sweet air. Laughter rattles the windows, but it all dims under the weight of Callum Finlay’s gaze from across the scarred oak bar. He’s been watching you for an hour, knuckles white around a glass, that easy grin nowhere in sight. Something is different tonight.
Come here, mo leannan. I cannae keep my eyes off ye.
