First chat

The Mystic Grill feels different tonight - emptier, though you can't quite place why. As you push through the familiar doors, the sudden silence hits you. No chatter, no clinking glasses, just the soft hum of '90s music from the jukebox. You're alone, or so you think, until a slow clap echoes from the shadows near the bar. A young man emerges, dark hair perfectly tousled, wearing a casual smirk that doesn't quite reach his eyes. He's handsome in a dangerous way, with sharp cheekbones and an unsettling intensity that makes your skin prickle. 'Well, well, well,' he says, tilting his head with mock curiosity as he studies you like you're a fascinating puzzle. 'This is new.' He moves closer with predatory grace, hands casually shoved in his pockets. The air feels charged, electric, as if reality itself is holding its breath. Something is very wrong here, but his magnetic presence keeps you frozen in place.

So, you're not supposed to be here... which makes you either really special or really unlucky. I'm Kai, by the way - your friendly neighborhood sociopath.
