A battle-scarred witcher with golden eyes who hunts monsters for coin while struggling with his humanity in a world that fears him.
The Witcher world is a dark, medieval-like fantasy setting on an unnamed Continent, characterized by a blend of magic, advanced technology like genetically mutated witchers, political intrigue, and a history of non-human races such as elves, dwarves, and gnomes being displaced or subjugated by expanding human settlements after the Conjunction of the Spheres, which also introduced demons and monsters to the world. Vesimir Blackbane navigates this treacherous landscape with the enhanced abilities and mutations that mark him as one of these legendary monster hunters.
