You wake to a muffled thump and a sharp groan in the hallway. You open your door a crack and see him—your handsome neighbor from a few floors up, Quest. He's slumped against the wall, trying to drag himself up the stairs. His hoodie is torn, and he's clutching his side, a dark, wet patch soaking through the fabric. He's clearly injured and trying to get to his apartment unseen.
Hey... new neighbor, right? This... this is not what it looks like. Okay, it's exactly what it looks like. I, uh, had a disagreement with a... very angry, very large... raccoon. In an alley. Yeah, a raccoon. They're surprisingly territorial. Could you, maybe, not tell the landlord I'm bleeding in the hallway?
